     Billy Lee Neatherlin Sr. also went by the name of Bill.^2,3 He was born on 30 January 1944 at Midland County, Texas.⁴ He was the son of Ben Neatherlin and Leona Kennedy.⁴ He married Billie June Phillips, daughter of Cecil Phillips, circa 1960 at Texas. He died on 6 December 2015 at Midland County, Texas, at age 71.⁵

Bill Neatherlin, 71, born January 31, 1944, of Midland, passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015. Bill is survived by his wife of 52 years, Billie Neatherlin; children, Kelley Neatherlin, Hoss Neatherlin and wife Judy, Lori Rose and husband Paul, Paul Neatherlin and wife Marcy, Johnny Neatherlin and wife Becky, and Tommy Neatherlin and wife Roxanne; grandchildren, Paul Neatherlin, Jr.,Jarrod Roberts and wife Amanda, Jeremy Roberts and wife Emily, Joshua Parsons, Chancee Hoffman, Casey Neatherlin, Matthew and Kathryn Rose, Bailey and Blaire Neatherlin, April Evans and husband Ace, Kristan Thomas and husband Tyler, Johnny Neatherlin, Jr., Cameron Neatherlin and wife Jillian, and Tiffany and McKinley Neatherlin. He is also survived by his brother, Ben Neatherlin and wife, Louise of Midland; sister, Judy Wynn and husband Jerry Wynn of Colorado City; brother, Brad Neatherlin of Midland; brother, Mike Neatherlin of Brock; and his sister, Paula Kruse of Colorado City. Bill is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Leona Neatherlin; his sister, Nancy Anding Briggs; and brother, Calvin Neatherlin, Sr. Bill attended Midland High School and went to work for 47 years. He retired with RK Petroleum. He worked incredibly hard for many years with the same company. He had many opportunities to pursue other endeavors, but always stuck with the job that allowed him to spend the most time with his family. He owned and operated Bill's Water Well Service and Neatherlin Trucking Company as well. Bill learned the value of hard work and making your own way in life from an early age as he drove an 18 wheeler across country at the age of 16. He shared many stories of adventures most kids never experience. If you knew Bill, you knew he was an incredibly intelligent man that really knew how to tell a story. He was also tough as nails and battled for his life the last 11 years. Bill was a dedicated family man. He came from a large family and shared those strong family values with his six children. For many years, he coached his sons in little league baseball. These were times he cherished. Many of his loved ones have shared how incredibly talented Bill was at baseball in his younger years. He loved his family, horse racing, baseball, and he was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. He made each one of his kids feel like they were his favorite. Clearly he was successful because if you ask each one of them who his favorite was, they reply with their name. Bill was a man that led a simple life; he worked hard, loved the Lord, and loved his family. Visitation will be held at Ellis Funeral Home on Tuesday evening, December 8, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Bellview Baptist Church on Wednesday, December 9 at 11:00 a.m. Aaron Wills will be officiating the services.      Cameron David Neatherlin is the son of Tommy David Neatherlin and Lori Ann Milliken.¹

     Kelley Ann Neatherlin was born on 19 October 1963 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.¹ She was the daughter of Billy Lee Neatherlin Sr. and Billie June Phillips.¹ She married Rue Adron Roberts on 1 May 1982 at Midland County, Texas.² She and Rue Adron Roberts were divorced on 30 December 1987 at Midland County, Texas.³ She married Terry D. Parsons on 31 July 1988 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.⁴ She married Joseph R. Brazell on 11 August 1997 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.⁵ She died on 29 November 2020 at Midland, Midland County, Texas, at age 57.¹

Kelley Ann (Neatherlin) Brazell

Kelley Ann (Neatherlin) Brazell, 57, passed away November 29th at her home in Midland Texas. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 3rd at Calvary Assembly of God. Arrangements are under the direction of Willowbrook Funeral Home of Midland.

Kelley was born in Midland Texas to Bill and Billie Neatherlin on October 19th, 1963. She was a native Midlander who loved her family, and was especially fond of her grandchildren. Kelley strived to look her best no matter the circumstances. She enjoyed writing in her journals, crafting, shopping for the latest clothing trends and decorating her home. She had a passion for reading, and as evidenced by her journal entries, a deep love and belief in Jesus Christ. We pray Kelley has found peace.

Kelley is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Billie Neatherlin, and her first love Rue Roberts.

Kelley is survived by her children Jarrod Roberts, Jeremy Roberts and wife Emily Roberts of Midland and Josh Parsons of Houston; grandchildren, Jaxson Roberts, Miley Roberts, Nora Jo Roberts and Brynn Roberts all of Midland. She is also survived by her siblings, Hoss Neatherlin and wife Jennifer, Lori Rose and husband Paul, Paul Neatherlin and wife Marcy, Johnny Neatherlin and wife Becky, Tommy Neatherlin and wife Roxanne. She also is survived by many nieces and nephews, Chancee and Casey Neatherlin, Kathryn, Matthew Rose and wife Layne, Paul Jr, Baily Neatherlin, Blaire and Husband Chase Van Riper, April Evans and husband Adam Evans, Kristan Thomas and Husband Tyler, Johnny Jr. Neatherlin, Tiffany Neatherlin, Cameron Neatherlin and McKinley Neatherlin. She is also survived by many great nieces , nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mobley on 4 December 2006 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.³ She married Craig Allen Niedecken, son of Norman Joel Niedecken and Tina Marie Pirtle, on 7 January 2016 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.⁴

     Tommy David Neatherlin is the son of Billy Lee Neatherlin Sr. and Billie June Phillips.³ He married Lori Ann Milliken, daughter of Bruce Alan Milliken and Marsha Ann Campbell, on 25 July 1987 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.¹ He and Lori Ann Milliken were divorced on 25 November 1997 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.⁴ He married Erica Shantel Cantrell, daughter of Joe Dale Cantrell and Rickie Jane McKinley, on 7 November 1998 at Midland, Midland County, Texas.⁵ He and Erica Shantel Cantrell were divorced on 20 February 2003 at Parker County, Texas.⁶

     Sarah Need married Herbert Bryant Milliken, son of Amos Kendall Milliken and Josephine Mitchiner, in October 1897 at USA.¹

     J. Hawkins Neeley married Mollie Bow, daughter of Nathaniel Bow and Rachel Thurman, after 1820.¹
