     Betty Rose Milliken was born circa 1907 at USA.^1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Henry Milliken and Rose Morris.¹ She went to or was sent to Lousiville to live wither her uncle and aunt, Charles and Molly Milliken. She was eventually adopted by them. after June 1924.

     Billie Alton Milliken also went by the name of Bill. He was born on 14 August 1931 at Lamesa, Dawson County, Texas.¹ He was the son of Russell Franklin Milliken Sr. and Laura Edna Richardson. He lived with Russell Franklin Milliken Sr. on 16 April 1940 at Mitchell County, Texas.² He married Ila Lee York, daughter of Fred Edward York and Grace Truman Westfall, after 1951. The cause of death for Billie Alton Milliken was Heart Failure on 1 February 2008. He died on 1 February 2008 at Big Spring, Howard County, Texas, at age 76.¹ He was buried on 4 February 2008 at Coahoma, Howard County, Texas.
