     Shirley Aubrey Ann Rees is the daughter of Tom Aubrey Rees and Amanda Ada Phillips. She married Melvin Pierce, Jr. Dorn, son of Melvin Pierce Dorn Sr. and Katherine Witt, on 24 March 1950 at Hobbs, Lea County, New Mexico.

     Tom Aubrey Rees was also known as Aubrey.¹ He was born on 22 May 1897 at Titus County, Texas.¹ He was the son of Charles Louis Rees and Julia M. Keston. He married Amanda Ada Phillips, daughter of Edgar Thomas Phillips and Ada Susan Sweatt, circa 1920. He died on 9 October 1980 at Westbrook, Mitchell County, Texas, at age 83.

     Tony Ray Rees is the son of Shawn Aaron Rees and Maribel Mindy Molina.¹

     Tracy Francis Rees is the daughter of Charles Alan Rees and Betty Lou Atkins. She married Timothy Ray Nobles, son of Robert Ray Nobles and Ann Louise Sellier, on 25 July 1987 at Mitchell County, Texas.² She and Timothy Ray Nobles were divorced on 28 February 2000 at Kendall County, Texas.³ She married Donald J. Halverson on 19 April 2003 at Mitchell County, Texas.⁴

     Velma Gertrude Rees was born on 2 March 1907 at Texas.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Monroe Rees and Luetta Cooper.¹ She married Coy Sayles Case circa 1926 at Texas.² She died on 3 September 2000 at Texas at age 93.²

     Aaron J. Reese was born circa 1831 at Alabama.¹ He was the son of John Reese and Rutha Unknown.¹

     Alcy Emmaline Reese was born circa 1844 at Alabama.¹ She was the daughter of John Reese and Rutha Unknown.¹ She married Henry Russell Ham, son of Bright Riley Ham and Mary Ann Jones, on 23 February 1865 at Fayette, Alabama.² She lived in 1910 (at the time of the census) with her daughter Lizzie's family at Wise County, Texas.³ She died on 25 January 1920 at Alvord, Wise County, Texas.²
