Mr. Luthur Richardson, living about nine miles east of Fairfield, had the misfortune to lose his wife last Friday. She had been ill a few days with malarial fever, which brought on pneumonia and she soon died. The deceased had been in bad health for some months. She was about thirty years old, and besides an aged mother and husband, left behind three little children to mourn her loss. Mrs. Richardson was the youngest child of the late Samuel G. Wells, a well known citizen of this county. The RECORDER tenders sincere sympathy to the deeply bereaved family.5
