He married Nancy Dee Rust, daughter of John C. Rust and Eliza Warren, in 1895. He appeared on the census of 24 June 1900 at Pelham Village, Grundy County, Texas; was living with his mother-in-law, Eliza Rust.1 He appeared on the census of 12 May 1910 at Tarrant County, Texas; was listed as a teacher.2 He appeared on the census of 20 January 1920 at Tarrant County, Tennessee; was employed as an engineer.3 He died on 4 January 1961 at Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, at age 88.4 He Web site for burial inscription-
