Milliken, Jr. of Houston, three brothers, Taylor Ham of Fairfield, Doc Ham of Fort Worth, Bud Ham of Sherman, Hillie Ham of Kansas; two sisters, Mrs. J. L. Mauldin near Fairfield, and one whose name and residence we were unable to learn.4
