Franklin D. Richardson1,2
M, b. circa March 1854
It is the opinion of the compiler that Franklin D., Frank D. and David F. are one and the same person. The year of birth and the alternating name on the 1860, 1880, 1900 and 1910 census leave no other conclusion. Franklin D. Richardson was born circa March 1854 at Mississippi 1900 Census indicates 1856 as the birth year.1,2 He was the son of Hiram Richardson and Elizabeth J. Bryant.1 He married F.
