     Edward Boles was born on 2 July 1878 at Hancock County, Indiana.¹ He was the son of Wesley W. Boles and Rachael Elizabeth Holden.¹ He died on 20 February 1880 at Hancock County, Indiana, at age 1.¹

     Elizabeth Boles was born circa 1779 at Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of James Boles and Mary Painter. She married Abraham Lennington circa 1802 at Pennsylvania. She died circa 1864 at Jamestown, Boone County, Indiana.

She appeared on the census of 17 April 1950 at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; Elizabeth's surname is listed as Ackley.⁵ She married Walter Edwin Eaton, son of Walter Martin Eaton and Lola Ruth Royer, on 7 April 1951 at Marion County, Indiana.^6,7 The cause of death for Elizabeth Isabelle Boles was a cerebral vascular accident on 30 December 1967.⁸ She died on 30 December 1967 at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, at age 59.^2,8

     Elmira E. Boles was born circa 1853 at Ohio. She was the daughter of John Wesley Boles and Sophronia Malinda Ellis.

     Elsie Marie Boles was born on 15 July 1922 at Indiana.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Harry Otto Boles and Marie Emilie Schneider.¹ She married Francis E. DeLong on 17 July 1939 at Marion County, Indiana.^4,5 She died on 18 February 2003 at Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, at age 80.³ DeLONG, Elsie Marie Boles, 80, of Tampa, passed away on Tues. Feb. 18, 2003. Preceded in death by her husband Francis "Pop" and son Joe Lee DeLong. She is survived by her four sons, Jerry, Jim, Roger and David; three daughters, Diana, Linda and Carol; two brothers, Larry and Barry; three sisters, Charlotte, Sharry and Lee; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2003 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Ave. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.      Erin Rebecca Boles also went by the name of Becky.² She was born on 1 February 1973 at Darlington County, South Carolina.^1,2 She was the daughter of Ralph Orin Boles and Cindy Gilbert.^1,2 She died on 19 October 2009 at age 36.¹


Funeral services for Erin Rebecca "Becky" Boles Howie, 36, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. John Griggs will officiate with burial in Magnolia Cemetery.

Mrs. Howie died Monday, October 19, 2009. Born in Darlington Co., SC, she was a daughter of Ralph Oran (Lynn) Boles and Cindy Gilbert Boles. She was a graduate of Hartsville High School and she worked as a Registered Nurse with a degree from Florence Darlington Technical College.

Surviving are her husband, Carl Howie of Kissimmee, FL; sons, Christopher Howie of Kissimmee, FL, Adam Howie of Kissimmee, FL; daughter, Brooke Boles of Hartsville, SC; mother of Hartsville, SC; father and stepmother, of Florence, SC; brother, Bryan Lee Boles of Hartsville, SC; maternal grandparents, A. J. and Margaret Gilbert of Hartsville, SC.³

She was buried on 24 October 2009 at Hartsville, Darlington County, South Carolina.³

     Estella Boles was born in November 1884 at Hancock County, Indiana.¹ She was the daughter of Alvin Boles and Mary F. Unknown.¹

     Evan Earl Boles was born in October 1885 at Indiana.¹ He was the son of Harmon W. Boles and Harriet Ellen Johnson.¹ He married Cassie Unknown circa 1909 at Indiana.⁴
