Hessey and Cora B. Starnes, on 26 October 1919 at Franklin County, Tennessee.5 She lived in 1926 at Dearborn, Wayne County, Michigan.6 She became Ruth Eleanor Edwards's adoptive mother between 1938 and 1940 at Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.7,8,9 She and Ward Murry Hessey lived in 1948 at Dearborn, Wayne County, Michigan.10 She married Preston Phillips after 1949.
