Mrs. Addie Rogers, widow of Joseph Rogers, a long time resident of Panton, dies of a cerebral hemorrhage on Jan. 16, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Urban Wheelock, in South Burlington.
Addie Rogers was the daughter of Sylvinus and Charlotte Jordan. She was born in Moriah, N. Y., on Sept. 29, 1863. She united in marriage to Joseph Rogers on March 24, 1881.⁴

     Archer Edson Jordan II also went by the name of Archie. He was born in 1900 at Elizabethtown, Essex County, New York.¹ He was the son of Ernest Edson Jordan and Mary E. Honeywell.¹ He was Played the role of "Owl" Griggs in the three act comedy "The Freshman". on 27 February 1915 at Elizabethtown, Essex County, New York.^2,3 He was giving a recitation of "Darius Greene and His Flying Machine" for the 8th Grade Commencement excerises on 21 June 1915 at Elizabethtown, Essex County, New York.⁴ He graduated on 24 June 1918 at Elizabethtown, Essex County, New York.^5,6,7 He was educated between 1919 and 1923 at Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York; at Syracuse University.⁸ He was elected president of the Syracuse student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers. on 11 May 1923.⁹ He married Ivah Viola Page, daughter of Morris A. Page and Bertha M. Perkins, on 26 November 1925 at Essex County, New York.¹⁰ He died on 29 January 1933 at Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York.^11,12

     Archer J. Jordan also went by the name of Archie. He was born on 16 November 1868 at Essex County, New York.¹ He was the son of Carlos A. Jordan and Elma J. Lane. He appeared on the census of 26 August 1870 in the household of Carlos A. Jordan and Elma J. Jordan at Schroon, Essex County, New York.² He married Elizabeth Anne Ochs on 14 October 1896 at Traill County, North Dakota.³ He and Elizabeth Anne Ochs were visiting his family in New York after an 11 year absence between 1 January 1903 and 9 March 1903.^4,5 He was Visited his parents and brother. in January 1915.⁶ He appeared on the census of 19 April 1930 at Larimore Township, Grand Forks County, North Dakota.⁷ He died on 3 March 1933 at Larimore, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, at age 64.⁸

     Benjamin Jordan was born in 1771 at New Hampshire.¹ He was the son of Unknown Jordan. He married Mary Clothier before 1799 at Saratoga County, New York. He died in 1860 at Moriah, Essex County, New York.¹
