     Donald Hernandez is the daughter of Adam Menchaca Hernandez and Gunell Eilene Force.¹

     Edelmira Hernandez also went by the name of Mira.² She was born on 2 August 1928 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.^1,2 She was the daughter of Elias Menchaca Hernandez and Carmen Moralez.¹ She died on 2 January 2012 at Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas, at age 83.² She was buried after 2 January 2012 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.²

     Elias Menchaca Hernandez was born on 29 April 1905 at Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.¹ He was the son of Amado Aldape Hernandez and Guadalupe Menchaca.³ He married Carmen Moralez before 1927 at Texas.^1,4 He died on 5 April 1964 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, at age 58.²

Funeral services for Elias Hernandez, 58, 3203 Nussbaumer, a Dallas resident for 40 years, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Marrs-Mundy-Quill Chapel. Burial in Oakland Cemetery.
Mr. Hernandez, who died here Saturday, had been a member of the Plasterers Union Local No. 61 since 1941. He was a graduate of the old Jefferson Law School.
Survivors, all from Dallas; Wife; five daaughters, Mrs. Edelmira Baker, Mrs. Anita Fujii, Mrs. Elisa A. Camacho, Mrs. Mary Eva Hurtado and Mrs. Carmen Rodriguez; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Lupe Salazar; two stepsons, Henry Velez Jr. and Larry A. Velez; mother, Lupe Hernandez; four sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Martinez, Miss Eva Hernandez, Mrs. Aurora Soria and Basilisa Hernandez; a brother, Adam Hernandez, and 29 grandchildren.⁵

     Esperansa Anita Hernandez was born on 23 July 1930 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.^1,2 She was the daughter of Elias Menchaca Hernandez and Carmen Moralez.¹ She married Kenneth Yoshito Fujii circa 1945.² She died on 2 March 2008 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, at age 77.² She was buried after 2 March 2008 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.²

     Eva Hernandez is the daughter of Amado Aldape Hernandez and Guadalupe Menchaca.¹

     Francis Chaves Hernandez married Esteban Heredia Rivera before 1954.

     Joan Eilene Hernandez is the daughter of Adam Menchaca Hernandez and Gunell Eilene Force.¹ She married James Morgan Smith on 20 December 1963 at Dallas County, Texas.² She and James Morgan Smith were divorced on 12 June 1974 at Dallas County, Texas.³

     Maria Eva Hernandez is the daughter of Elias Menchaca Hernandez and Carmen Moralez.¹ She married Mike Hurtado Jr. on 2 October 1951 at Dallas County, Texas.⁴

     Pablo L. Hernandez married Rosa Ojeda, daughter of Francisco Ojeda and Canuta Rodriguez, on 8 January 1947 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.¹ He died before 21 August 1966 at Dallas County, Texas.²

Patrick Samuel Hernandez born August 29, 1945 passed away on January 31, 2014. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. Patrick is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Rebecca; daughters, Melissa Sasala and son-in-law Michael; Jessica Hernandez; Monica Eargle and son-in-law William; grandchildren: Erin, Meagan, Gabriela, Natalie, Patrick and Samuel; sisters, Roseanne Rodriguez and Mary Lillian Rodriguez and husband Manuel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Patrick worked for Schering Plough for twenty-three years and Dey Labs for twelve years. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to his physicians, Dr. William Cox, Dr. Gary Weinstein, Dr. Lalan Wilfong, Dr. Jacqueline O'Leary and Dr. Bruce Wall and to the Nurse's, PCT's and staff at Presbyterian Hospital and Kindred Hospital. Visitation will be Friday, February 7, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Grove Hill Funeral Home.
