Rowe was born on 2 September 1816 at Chatham County, North Carolina.3,2,4 She was the daughter of John Rowe and Mary Brantley.2 She married Jesse Milliken, son of Quinton Milliken, on 28 January 1846.1 She and Jesse Milliken appeared on the census of 14 September 1850 at Chatham County, North Carolina.5 She died on 31 August 1879 at age 62.1
