Gafford.1 He married Elsie Cheatham after 1950 at USA.2 He died on 24 February 2014 at Indian Mound, Stewart County, Tennessee, at age 82.2

Douglas Henry "Doug" Milliken was born on May 6, 1931 in Stewart County, Tennessee, the son of Herman Milliken and Lula (Gafford) Milliken.
He was married to Elsie Cheatham.
The former owner of Doug's Bait Shop on Dover Road, he was 82 years old and a resident of Indian Mound, Tennessee when he passed away on February 24, 2014 at his residence.
Burial was in Stewart County Memorial Gardens in Dover, Tennessee.

Survivors include his wife; a brother; and a sister.
