DEATON, Kenneth Lee "Shag" Age 68, of Middletown, OH passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born June 16, 1948 in Highland Park, MI the son of Stanley and Evelyn (Thomas) McQuinn. Kenneth retired AK Steel where he worked in Maintenance. He was also a member of the Moose Lodge. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Wanda Sue (Tucker) Deaton; his son, James Allen Deaton; daughter, Lisa Renee (Don) Manning; seven grandchildren, Josh, Ashley and Austin Deaton; Samantha, Corey, Alexis and Shelby Manning. Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Society.
