     Dr. James Shepard Milliken M.D. was born on 6 September 1890 at Pittsboro, Chatham County, North Carolina.^4,5 He was the son of Honorable John Rowe Milliken and Annie Bun Fearrington.⁴ He married Celeste Alma Hill, daughter of Ivey Hill and Sue Elizabeth Hamilton, on 7 April 1920 at Washington, District of Columbia.^6,7 He married Annie Louise Manning, daughter of James S. Manning and Julia C. Unknown, on 11 September 1929 at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina.³ He died on 12 April 1961 at Southern Pines, Moore County, North Carolina, at age 70.⁸

     James Stowers Milliken was born on 4 June 1901 at Middleton, Simpson County, Kentucky.^1,3,2,4 He was the son of John Harbison Milliken and Katherine Stowers.^1,4 He married Doris Kitchen on 27 December 1924 at Portland, Sumner County, Tennessee.^2,5 He died on 7 March 1982 at Byhalia, Marshall County, Mississippi, at age 80; Alternate location of death was Memphis, TN.^2,5

     James Turner Milliken also went by the name of Jim.² He was born on 12 March 1849 at Quercus, Lawrence County, Tennessee.^1,3 He was the son of William Harbeson Milliken and Louisa Jane Pollock.¹ He married Mary Ann Kirk, daughter of Robert Hunnell Kirk and Margaret Blanche Carrell, on 7 January 1872.^1,3 He married Celine C. Tait on 16 September 1875 at Napier, Lewis County, Tennessee.¹ He died on 20 November 1918 at age 69; or 21 Nov 1918.^1,3

James William Milliken, 54, of Franklin, died March 13, 1996 at his home after a lenthly illness.
Funeral services were held March 16 at Crafton Funeral Home. Dr. Dennis Plank officiated. Burial followed at Sulpher Springs Cemetery.
Milliken was a pharmarcist and co-owner of the Prescription Shop, and a member of Simpson Benevolent Lodge 177, Middleton Baptist Church, Kentucky Corps of Long Riflemen, Simpson County Fish and Game Club, and Kentucky Colonels Amateur Radio Club.
He was also a life member of the Nation Rifle Association, a member of the American Radion Relay League, and a member of Mammoth Cave Amateur Radio Club.
Milliken was a 1968 graduate of Samford University, a native of Logan County, and a son of William and Mary Louise Rodgers Milliken, of Franklin, who survive.
Other survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Ms. Bessie Lee Turner Milliken; one son, Martin Milliken of Franklin; and one daughter, Myra Milliken of Franklin.³

     Jamie Leroy Milliken was born on 28 December 1972 at Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ He was the son of Zannie B. Milliken and Frances Elaine Travis.¹ He died on 24 June 2013 at Gateway Medical Center, USA, at age 40.¹

Jamie Leroy Milliken, age 40, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away June 24, 2013, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Friday at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Maxie Milliken and Bro. Garrett Milliken to officiate, burial will be in the Dunbar Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In addition to his parents, both of Indian Mound, he is survived by his wife, Jenny Patrick Milliken, sons, Mitchell Clay Milliken, Ethan Luke Haley, Eli Cole Haley, all of Indian Mound, brother, Mark Zane Milliken, Indian Mound, sisters, Mechelle Harris, Clarksville, Rhonda Cobb, Barbara Fox, Brooke Robertson, all of Indian Mound, and several nieces and nephews.¹

     Jane Agness Milliken was born on 29 October 1810 at Simpson County, Kentucky.¹ She was the daughter of James Milliken and Elise A. West. She married Jeremiah C. Wilkins circa 1830.¹ She died on 20 October 1894 at USA at age 83.¹

     Jason Layne Milliken is the son of Mark Alton Milliken and Bridget Ann Wright. He married Lisa Deeann Coats on 5 June 1995.²

     Jeannette Milliken is the daughter of Alfred Hill Milliken and Laura Louise Grizzard.
