James William Milliken, 54, of Franklin, died March 13, 1996 at his home after a lenthly illness.
Funeral services were held March 16 at Crafton Funeral Home. Dr. Dennis Plank officiated. Burial followed at Sulpher Springs Cemetery.
Milliken was a pharmarcist and co-owner of the Prescription Shop, and a member of Simpson Benevolent Lodge 177, Middleton Baptist Church, Kentucky Corps of Long Riflemen, Simpson County Fish and Game Club, and Kentucky Colonels Amateur Radio Club.
He was also a life member of the Nation Rifle Association, a member of the American Radion Relay League, and a member of Mammoth Cave Amateur Radio Club.
Milliken was a 1968 graduate of Samford University, a native of Logan County, and a son of William and Mary Louise Rodgers Milliken, of Franklin, who survive.
Other survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Ms. Bessie Lee Turner Milliken; one son, Martin Milliken of Franklin; and one daughter, Myra Milliken of Franklin.3

Jamie Leroy Milliken, age 40, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away June 24, 2013, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Friday at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Maxie Milliken and Bro. Garrett Milliken to officiate, burial will be in the Dunbar Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

He was born December 28, 1972, in Montgomery County, TN, son of Zannie B. and Frances Elaine Travis Milliken. In addition to his parents, both of Indian Mound, he is survived by his wife, Jenny Patrick Milliken, sons, Mitchell Clay Milliken, Ethan Luke Haley, Eli Cole Haley, all of Indian Mound, brother, Mark Zane Milliken, Indian Mound, sisters, Mechelle Harris, Clarksville, Rhonda Cobb, Barbara Fox, Brooke Robertson, all of Indian Mound, and several nieces and nephews.1
