Freda Grace York Greenfield, 86, of Belton, formerly of Coahoma, died May 12, 2012. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Eddy Pitchford, minister of the Coahoma Church of Christ, officiating. Interment will follow at the Coahoma Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at the funeral home.She was born September 17, 1925 in Frost, Texas. She moved with her family at an early age to Westbrook and then lived in Coahoma for many years. She was employed at the Big Spring State Hospital in the Occupational Therapy Department. She attended the Sand Springs Church of Christ until she moved to McAllen and later to Belton to be close to her sons. She is survived by two sons, Bennie Greenfield of McAllen and Eddie Greenfield and wife, Michele of Belton; nine grandchildren, Sonya, Lynda Gayl, Karlina, Rick, Paula, Lynn, Buck, Reagan, Powers and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Lee Milliken of Coahoma; a sister-in-law, Clara York of Coahoma; brother-in-law and sisters-in law, Dennis and Willie Mae Greenfield of Sand Springs and Margaret Greenfield of Sterling City. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Grace York; a daughter-in-law, Jessica Greenfield; a brother, William "Bill" Ansel York; and a sister, Nelda Jo Milliken. She was also preceded in death by Kenneth York and Don York, cousins raised by her parents.Pallbearers will be grandsons, Rick Greenfield, Buck Greenfield, Powers Greenfield and nephews, Bruce Milliken, Joe Milliken, Mark Milliken, Tommy Morrow and Guy White.Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring. She married Russell Franklin Milliken Jr., son of Russell Franklin Milliken Sr. and Laura Edna Richardson, on 20 April 1944. She died on 10 April 1991 at Temple, Bell County, Texas, at age 63.1,2

Nelda Jo Milliken

Burnet - Services for Nelda Jo Milliken, 63, of Burnetare scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Waldrop-Hatfield Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Bailey officiating.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday in Coahoma Cty Cemetery with the Rev. Darren Skinner officiating.
Mrs. Milliken died Wednesday at Scott and White Hospital in Temple. She was born March 28, 1928, in West Brook. She married Russell F. Milliken April 20, 1944 in West Brook.
Mrs. Milliken was a member of First United Methodist Church in Burnet. She was also a member of Norman Read Eastern Star Chapter in Midland. She moved to Burnet six years ago, after living in Midland for 22 years.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Bruce Milliken of Midland and Joe Lynn Milliken of Odessa; a daughter, Ann Morrow of Midland; a brother, Ansel "Bill" York of Coahoma; two sisters, Freda Greenfiled and Lee Milliken, both of Coahoma; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Waldrop-Hatfield Funeral Home of Kingsland is in charge of Burnet arrangements.
Nalley-Pickle and Welch of Big Spring is in charge of Coahoma arrangements.2
