Passed away Friday afternoon, February 16, 2007. Loma was born July 18, 1922 in Kalamazoo the daughter of Harry and Beatrice (Narragon) Bullard and had been a lifelong resident in the Kalamazoo area. Prior to her retirement she worked for several years in the library with the Portage Public Schools. Loma enjoyed spending time with her family, garden club, and reading. On February 6, 1942 she was united in marriage to her loving husband of 60 years, Edwin, who preceded her in death on March 2, 2002. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Loral Bullard. Surviving are her two children, Pat Llewellyn, Dave (Dawn) Llewellyn; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. To honor Loma and Ed's 60 years together, the family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00-1:00 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick. Private interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Bullard, Loral D., age 83, of Deerfield Beach, FL died August 8, 2004. Mr. Bullard came to this area 18 years ago from Kalmazoo, MI where he was associated with Upjohn Pharmaceuticals. He was a 62 year Life Member of the Elks and currently a member of B.P.O.E. #1898 of Pompano Beach, FL and also a member of the American Legion Post 162 of Deerfield Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife Mary; his daughter, Hilye Bullard and son Scott Bullard, and Marcia & David Preston; his sister Loma Llewellyn; 5 grand children and 2 great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his brother Robert. A Memorial Service will be 2 PM Thursday, August 12, 2004 at the funeral home, by the B.P.O.E. #1898 and the American legion Post # 162.
