     James Lewis Seay was born on 20 August 1939 at Montgomery County, Tennessee.2 He was the son of Joe Thomas Seay and Lois Ingram.1 He married Nancy Bryant, daughter of Bracey Bryant and Mabel Unknown, before 1963. He married Gladys Marie Unknown on 7 June 1971 at Robertson County, Tennessee.3 He died on 24 December 1998 at Georgia at age 59.2

James Lewis Seay, 59, of Douglasville, Ga., died Thursday, Dec. 24, 1998.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at RosehavenFuneral Home, Douglasville, with the Rev. Sam Warren officiating. Burial will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
He was born Aug. 20, 1939, in Montgomery County, son of Jody Seay and Lois Ingram Seay of Clarksville.
Mr. Seay served in the Army National Guard of Tennessee, was a truck driver for Dillard Paper Co. for 30 years and was a member of the Douglasville First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include his mother, his wife, Gladys Marie Seay, Douglasville; two sons, Kenneth Michael Seay, Newman, Ga., and Donald Lee Agee, Jr., Acworth, Ga; two daughters, Kimberly Michele Hewell, Clarksville, and Melissa Dawn Milliken, Hendersonville; two brothers, Joe Thomas Seay and Jerry Wayne Seay, both of Clarksville; Six sisters, Wanda Flatt, Ozark, Ala., Julie Ellis, Jacksonville, Fla., and Margaret Lampley, Sandy Spann, Patricia Seay, and Mary Ann Stacy, all of Clarksville; and three grandchildren.2
