     Adam Householder married Christina Sinift before 1807.

     John Householder was born on 22 April 1808 at Perry County, Ohio.¹ He was the son of Adam Householder and Christina Sinift.¹ He married Rachel Goble before 1839. He died on 18 November 1878 at Huntington County, Indiana, at age 70.¹

     Lucy E. Householder was born on 21 September 1845 at Perry County, Ohio.¹ She was the daughter of John Householder and Rachel Goble.^2,3 She married Benjamin Franklin Shull, son of David Shull and Elizabeth Herman, after 1860. She died on 27 June 1909 at Whitley County, Indiana, at age 63.¹

     Alice D. A. Houst is the daughter of Reverend Henry R. Houst and Emma J. Kalms.¹ She married Roy Reynolds on 29 August 1937 at Ulster County, New York.³

     Carla Lee Houst is the daughter of Robert Allen Houst and Linda Janice Crump.² She married Robert Dale Emerton on 6 May 2000 at Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.³ She and Robert Dale Emerton were divorced on 8 May 2006 at Johnson County, Texas.⁴ She married Raymond Lee Shuler, son of Billy Ray Shuler and Evelyn Louise Barrett, on 14 June 2014 at Tarrant County, Texas.^1,5

     Douglas R. Houst is the son of Raymond Henry Houst and Grace Victoria Parker.¹

     Ester R. Houst is the daughter of Reverend Henry R. Houst and Emma J. Kalms.¹

     George Ivan Houst was born circa 1887 at USA.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry R. Houst and Emma J. Kalms.¹ He died circa 20 November 1901.^2,3,4 The cause of death for George Ivan Houst was unknown. Ivan was apparently kidnapped and never found. Messages sent to Ivan's father, the Rev. Henry Houst, implied that he would meet his son in hell. Ivan, like his father, had spoken out against the anarchist movement currently sweeping New York State during the turn of the century.^4,3,2

     Gloria A. Houst was also known as Mary Gloria.² She was born on 2 September 1931 at Rosendale, Ulster County, New York.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Raymond Henry Houst and Grace Victoria Parker.¹ She died on 3 June 2005 at Hewitt, Todd County, Minnesota, at age 73.²

     Reverend Henry R. Houst was a minister.^1,3,4 [CR:] About November 1901 Reverend Henry R. Houst gave a sermon at a memorial service for the late President William McKinley condemning the Anarchists for the assassination and in general for their upheavals and unrest during the current times. Because of his verbal opposition to the anarchists his son, Ivan, was probably kidnapped and never found and a kidnap attempt on one of his daughters was made a few days later.

In March of 1902 an attempt was made on the Rev. Houst's life when he was attacked, beaten and stabbed by two unknown assailants on the porch of his home in Elizabeth, New Jersey. No one was ever arrested and charged in the attack.

Rev. Houst travelled extensively seeking his son's whereabouts in New York City, Washington, Baltimore, Alexandria and others. Unfortunately no trace of Ivan was ever found.^5,4,6,7 He was born circa 1861 at Germany.^1,3 He married Emma J. Kalms before 1886. He died after 31 August 1937 at New York.^2,8 He was buried in 1937 at Tillson, Ulster County, New York.²
