     Eliza Thompson Hail was born on 10 April 1818 at Logan County, Kentucky.2 She was the daughter of John Hail and Elizabeth Isabella Wilkins.2 She married Robert Franklin Milliken, son of Dr. Jesse Milliken and Ann West, on 21 October 1839.1 She died on 14 June 1881 at Simpson County, Kentucky, at age 63.2
