     Willie Edgar Richardson was also known as Edgar.1 He was born on 5 September 1895 at Turlington, Freestone County, Texas.2,3 He was the son of Newell Luther Richardson Sr. and Ann Lee Wells.4 He appeared on the census of 12 June 1900 at Freestone County, Texas.4 He appeared on the census of 4 May 1910 in the household of Luther Richardson and Nannie Lula Richardson at Freestone County, Texas.5 He was Was a Private in World War I. in 1918.6 He married Onie Inez Hurst after 1918. He appeared on the census of 3 February 1920 in the household of Newell Luther Richardson Sr. and Nannie Lula Mattox at Fairfield, Freestone County, Texas.7 He and Vaurine Dorothy Milliken were mentioned in the Fairfield Recorder (Fairfield, Texas). Edgar tranferred, by warranty deed, the 302 acres of the Phebe Wells land grant to his niece Vaurine Allison. on 3 August 1950.8 He died on 22 January 1975 at Marlin, Falls County, Texas, at age 79.6,2,3 He was buried on 25 January 1975 at Freestone County, Texas.6,2,3 Willie Edgar Richardson was born on September 5, 1895 in Turlington, Texas and passed away on January 22, 1975 in Marlin, Texas.

Richardson, Fort Worth, Texas; sixteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Service for Mr. Richardson was held at the Antioch Baptist Church on January 25, 1975 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. H.L. McKissack and rev. Bill Thonpson officiating.
Interment was in the Antioch Cemetery with arrangements by Capps Funeral Home in Fairfield.
Pallbearers were Martin Davis, Larry Davis, Weldon Huckaby, C.L. Mullen, Donald Mullen and Clois Mullen.3
