     Daniel Bawell was born on 16 September 1878 at Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.2,3,4,5 He was the son of Heinrich Bawel and Catherine Calpetzer.3 He married Mary B. Fisher on 10 December 1903 at Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.2,6 He died on 6 January 1957 at Bareville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, at age 78.3
DANIEL BAWELL
Daniel Bawell, seventy-eight, died yesterday about 7:30 a.m. at the home of a son, Amos Bawell, Bareville R1, after a long illness.
He was born in Mifflin County, a son of the late Henry and Catherine Calpetzer Bawell and was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Amish Church and husband of the late Mary Fisher Bawell.
Surviving are these sons and daughters: Rachael, wife of Leroy B. Ebersole; Mrs Leah Fisher, Daniel Bawell, Jr., and Sylvia, wife of Levi S. Stoltzfoos, all of Bareville R1; Ekias Bawell, of Sheridan R1; and Amos Bawell with whom he resided.
Also surviving are 35 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a brother John Bawell, Iowa City, Iowa.3
