     Hedwig Boll also went by the name of Hattie.2 She was born on 12 January 1855 at Switzerland.1 She was the daughter of Prof. Jacob Boll.3 She married Gottlieb Henry Schoellkopf before 1885. She died on 2 December 1901 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, at age 46.1,2 Obituary for Hedwig Schoellkopf from the "Dallas Morning News" on December 3, 1901.

"PROMINENT WOMAN DIES. - Mrs. G.H. Schoellkopf, a leader in Social and Religious Circles, Succumbs to Cancer. - Mrs. G.H. Schoellkopf, an old resident and prominent in social and religious circles, died last night at 8:10 o'clock at her home, corner of Oak and Greenwood streets, this city. Her death was caused by cancer.
Mrs. Schoellkopf was a daughter of the late Prof. Jacob Boll, was a native of Switzerland and came to Dallas twenty-seven years ago. Her exact age was 46 years, 8 months and 20 days. She leaves a large family.
For years she has been active in church work. She was president of the Central Circle of King Daughters, a member of the Red Cross Association and of the St. Paul German Evangelical Church.
All who knew her, and her friends were many, held her in high esteem."2 She was buried on 4 December 1901 at Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.2 Obituary for Hedwig Schoellkopf from the "Dallas Morning News" on December 4, 1901.

"SCHOELLKOPF - Mrs. Hedwig, the beloved wife of G.H. Schoellkopf, died at 8:10 p.m., Dec 2, aged 46 years, 10 months, 20 days. Funeral from family residence. 118 Greenwood St., corner Oak, at 10:30 a.m., Dec. 4. Interment Greenwood Cemetery."2
